In order to obtain the quotations it is necessary to provide your information to our panel of insurers.

In certain instances, depending on your responses, it may be necessary to contact you either by phone, email or face to face to obtain some additional information.

Certain details will be required and if for any reason you do not want to provide us with said information it may be impossible to provide all aspects of our service to you.

The information collected from you is sent to the panel of insurers and is used to fulfill your insurance needs.  

Your information will also be used internally administering this website. Your details will, where relevant, be provide information to our strategic partners which have introduced your enquiry.

The financial details you provide as part of the RFQ are used to help to check your suitability for certain insurance products. Where relevant, it may be necessary to verify the details you have provided before fulfilling your request.

We will not, without your permission, disclose a participant's financial information to any third party except as provided herein, or when required by law or regulation (including any consumer credit or Financial Services Authority rules).

We aim to ensure that our strategic partners have robust data protection policies but we cannot guarantee the way in which these partners use your information. The information we provide to them will be used in accordance with their own privacy policies, which may differ from ours but they are also required to process personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1998
